Shipment of TSZPU-1000/10 U3 and TSZPU-2000/10 U3 transformers

A batch of transformers was shipped to Evraz ZSMK JSC in Novokuznetsk, Kemerovskaya Oblast, which included converter transformers with current-balancing reactors of the types TSZPU-1000/10 U3 and TSZPU-2000/10 U3. The work was carried out within the framework of the program for replacing PCB-containing transformers with environmentally friendly and fireproof dry-type transformers.

The specific feature of these transformers is that they are manufactured with a six-phase rectifying circuit of the transformer coils that is star – two reverse stars Y/YnrYnr-0-6 with a current-balancing reactor UR and valves. They are particularly used to power packaged rectifier semiconductor substations.
